British Autograss Series, Round 3

SATURDAY 11TH & SUNDAY 12TH JULY
Javelin Park Showground, Little Haresfield, Stonehouse, Glos, GL10 3DP

OPENING TIMES:

The gates will open at midday on Thursday 9th July.
and will close at midday on Monday 13th July.
Please note that there is no access to the holding field this year, so please do not arrive before this time.
All campers/caravans will be subject to random searches and any found to be concealing people will be given the option to leave the venue, or pay double for all occupants.
(Any additional revenue made by this will be donated to a local charity)

ARRIVAL ON SITE/CAMPING:

Due to the recent changes in camping regulations, we require all visitors to adhere to the following;
* On arrival at the field you will be directed by an official depending on your vehicle, your camping requirements and whether you have a car to unload. You must stay in the location allocated to you and we regret that it will not be possible to reserve spaces.
* All tents larger than 'pup' tents must be in the designated camping area for tents
* Please advise the gate staff on your admission if you require disable parking, and they will direct you accordingly
* There will be 24 hour security on site who can assist you with any queries

SCRUTINEERING/SIGNING ON:

Scrutineering will start Friday at 3pm till late, signing on will remain open for ½ hour after that Scrutineering will the open for an hour on Saturday morning from 7.00am, and signing on will close at 8.30am
There will be a drivers meeting on the start line at 8.45 and racing will start at 9.00 am
Drivers are advised to pay attention to the Pit tannoy announcements, as racing order may be rearranged at any time.

SECURITY/SAFETY:

There will be security present throughout the weekend although we strongly urge you to be responsible for your own belongings and vehicles.
Fireworks and open fires are NOT permitted on the field at any time.
Random breath tests will be carried out throughout the weekend and drink driving will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

GENERAL INFO:

Please remember that Javelin park is a working farm, all dogs are to be kept on a lead at all times, and please clean up after them.
Please do not allow your children to play in the cornfield, or enter any of the restricted areas.
The farm and surrounding buildings are strictly out of bounds at all times There is a strict noise curfew at the venue and all generators are to be switched off a midnight.
Any music is to be turned down to a minimum at 10pm and switched off at midnight. The Beer tent will be open Thursday night, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, with a disco on Saturday night.
Please be considerate to your fellow racers and return to your camper/caravan quietly. There is also a fun fair on site through out the weekend.
The “Street Sapphires” dance group will be running the shop where you will be able to buy bread, milk, drinks sweets, toys ect
And the Harriers gym club will be running the raffle through out the weekend. Please support these local clubs where you can.
We would like to keep our good relationship with the local residents, please be considerate at all times, both on and off the venue.
